I’m Marci, lover of good food, expensive chocolate, and fast motorcycles.
My favorite moment of the day is dinner time with my family. My goal is to help make that happen for other families, too, by making dinner so easy and delicious that everyone can’t wait to gather around the table.
When I’m not in the kitchen or assembling your freezer meals, I’m usually planning my next adventure somewhere around the world, running while watching Hallmark movies, or riding through the mountains with my motorcycle dream man, my fearless daughter, and my life-of-the-party twin boys.
Life is never boring around here!
